Robin Lim

Robin Lim has been passionately involved in marketplace ministry since 2007, serving alongside a committed team of like-minded believers. He has played an active role in FGB’s ministry in Singapore and was also part of a prominent mega church. After completing his School of Ministry (SOM) training at TLBS in 2010, Robin followed his calling to preach and minister across Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

In addition to his ministry work, Robin is a certified Zumba Health Coach and ACTA-certified trainer (since 2014), combining faith and fitness to promote holistic well-being.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Minor in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University (USA). He began his career with U.S.-based multinational companies in hardware and software sales. Driven by what he describes as a “holy discontentment,” Robin transitioned out of the corporate world in 2012 to launch his own IT and HR consulting practice, specializing in BPO and professional services for sectors such as finance, technology, automotive, and energy.

During the early days of the pandemic, Robin experienced a deeper sense of purpose and divine provision. He sensed an urgent call to reach further into the marketplace—sounding a clarion call for awakening and freedom. This led to the founding of Remnant Liberties in 2019, a growing movement now comprising nearly 1,000 members, inspired by Luke 4:18.

Robin also promotes healthy living through community wellness programs, integrating balanced nutrition, mental and physical health, and lifestyle coaching. He continues to teach Zumba on a freelance basis for private groups and corporate clients, drawing from his background in Food Science and Human Nutrition.

Sophia has spearheaded market entry and geographic expansion initiatives, driving strategic and transformative talent strategies. She is recognized for elevating hiring quality and candidate experience while aligning closely with both business and HR goals. Her leadership spans across key areas including Regional Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Sourcing. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in defining and enhancing hiring processes, policies, and HRIS/onboarding systems.

SK Venga is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience across the media and recruitment industries in Singapore and Malaysia. He began his career in media, holding senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, events, branding, and technology with top companies. Known for driving business growth and brand visibility, SK successfully led marketing and advertising strategies across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

In recent years, SK transitioned into talent acquisition, working as a Professional Recruiter at HR Etec, where he specialized in sourcing top-tier talent across various industries. His strength lies in combining deep market insight with strategic hiring solutions.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Hull and a Marketing Diploma from Taylor’s College, where he was also a state-level cricket player. SK’s career is defined by a strong commitment to excellence, people development, and delivering impactful results.
